The Store in Lake Highlands (aka The Store in LH & The Store) accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
The Store ships orders, only within the continental United States, Monday through Friday (except holidays). Most orders ship within 2 business days of being purchased. We use USPS as our shipping service. Customers will receive an email with tracking number when their order ships.
It is important to include correct shipping information. The Store will ship to addresses provided and will not be liable for lost shipments due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days all sales are considered final and merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange. No returns accepted on Sale items, used, or worn merchandise. Returns must be in original packaging and all tags must be attached. Once our Returns Department has inspected the item(s) and approved them for re-sale, you will be refunded the cost of the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If you’d like to make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your reason for the return. The Store will give you a RA#. We encourage you to get a tracking number prior to sending back returns. Once the RA# has been issued the item(s) must be shipped out immediately so that packages are received within 14 days of the date the RA# was created.
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please photograph it in its packaging and email that image to email@example.com.
The Store in Lake Highlands reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
